1. Orders & Availability

• Every earring listed on our site is Limited Edition.
  
• Once sold out, the same design will not be restocked.
• Orders are processed only after successful payment (except for COD orders).

2. Pricing

• All prices are mentioned in INR (₹) and are final at the time of order.
• Prices may change without notice, but once you place an order, your price stays locked.

3. Shipping

• We usually ship your order within 24-48 hours after confirmation.
• Delivery time depends on your location, but we try to deliver within 4–7 working days.
• You’ll receive tracking details once your order is shipped.

4. Refund & Returns Policy

• You can request a return if:
  • The product is damaged
  • The product is in bad condition
  • Or you’re not satisfied with the product

Just send us a video + 2 photos within 24 hours of delivery.

• If the same item is in stock, we will send a replacement
• If not, we will issue a full refund within 5–7 working days via your original payment method.
• COD order refunds will be sent through online transfer.

5. Product Colours & Sizes

• We try to show all products clearly, but colours may slightly vary due to lighting or screen settings.
• Sizes are always mentioned — please read them carefully before placing an order.

6. Payments

• We accept Online Payments (UPI, Cards, Wallets) and Cash on Delivery (COD).
• All payments are processed securely through trusted gateways.
