You can request a return within 24 hours of delivery.
Here’s what to do:
- WhatsApp us at 9354529721 with the issue within 24 hours
- Share 1 video + 2 clear photos of the product
If approved, you’ll get your refund within 5–7 working days.
🔄 Replacement Option:
Since every pair of our earrings is limited & exclusive, if the same product is in stock, we’ll send a replacement right away.
If not, we’ll issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5–7 working days.
Note for COD orders:
Refunds will be sent through secure online transfer methods like UPI or bank account.
